HBA Cares and Family Promise Collaborate to Build Accessible Ramp in Downtown Colorado Springs
HBA Cares recently partnered with Family Promise of Colorado Springs to enhance accessibility at their downtown location by constructing a new entry ramp. This important project ensures that all families, including those with mobility challenges, can easily access the vital services Family Promise provides to those experiencing homelessness.
The project was made possible thanks to the generosity of Ron Lais and Builders FirstSource, who donated the necessary materials. This donation enabled the building of a durable, safe, and ADA-compliant ramp that will serve families in need for years to come.
This collaboration underscores HBA Cares’ commitment to community-focused construction projects that make a real difference. By improving accessibility at Family Promise, HBA Cares and its partners are helping ensure that every family, regardless of physical ability, has the support and resources they need to find stability and hope for the future.
